Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: To avoid cancellation/late rescheduling fees, we request that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows after 15 minutes, will incur a full charge for the missed appointment & must be paid to rebook. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and May only be transferred once if within cancellation timeframe. Also please read your emails prior to your appointment it will have the information on how to get into the building and prepare for your services.

Must be booked with any waxing service ❌ You can’t get waxed if: You’re on Accutane (currently or within the past 12 months) You’re using Retin-A, Tretinoin, Differin, or other strong acne/anti-aging creams on the area You have a sunburn, rash, open wound, or active cold sore You’ve tanned in the last 48 hours (sun or tanning bed) You’ve recently had injectables or fillers in the area (within 7–10 days) Facial Waxing- You’ve had a chemical peel, laser, or microdermabrasion in the last 7 days. (IMPORTANT: using any exfoliants and retinols one week before treatment.)
